For your convenience, I can meet you anywhere in the Earlham to Des Moines area. It’s helpful to bring inspirational photos of cakes, fabric swatches or color samples, invitations, or any other element you would like included in your cake design.

ADVANCED BOOKINGS
To ensure every cake receives the meticulous attention it deserves, I limit the number of weddings I accept per weekend. I recommend reaching out 6 to 12 months in advance to secure your date, especially for peak wedding season (May through October).

PRICES
Wedding Cakes: Prices start at $5 per serving. The final price of your custom cake will be based on the intricacy of the design elements and your selected flavors
Cupcakes: Prices start at $34/Dozen
Petite Cupcakes: Prices start at $19/Dozen
Sheet Cakes: Prices start at $2.00/slice
Please note that prices may fluctuate based on market value, and I reserve the right to adjust the final price if significant price changes occur before payment.

ORDER MINIMUM
Wedding Orders: To ensure the highest level of detail and artistry, all custom orders require a minimum investment of $200. For larger celebrations, professional delivery and setup are provided for orders exceeding $300.

DELIVERY & SET-UP
For wedding cakes, professional delivery and on-site setup are highly recommended to ensure your cake arrives safely and looks perfect. Delivery is included within a twenty-mile radius of Earlham. $1/mile round trip beyond a 20-mile radius from my location. Extra Charge for placement of fresh or artificial flowers.
*Please note that not all flowers are edible or safe for cake decoration.

SECURING THE DATE
A non-refundable 50% retainer is required to secure your wedding date and initiate the design process. Please note that your date is not guaranteed until this deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your delivery or pickup date.

DUMMY AND ARTIFICIAL CAKES
For those desiring the visual impact of a grand, multi-tiered cake without the need for a large number of servings, I offer the option of creating elegant dummy cakes. These faux cakes are expertly decorated to match your chosen design, providing a stunning centerpiece while allowing for a smaller, more practical cutting cake. Prices vary depending on design.

TIERED CAKE CONFIGURATIONS
My cake designs offer a wide variety of tier sizes and shapes, allowing for endless combinations. If you have a specific vision in mind, I’m happy to collaborate with you to create a custom design that perfectly matches your event.
Cake Tasting
To make sampling my flavors as easy as possible, I offer tasting boxes for $50. Each box contains two of your chosen flavors and three of my most popular. Schedule a box to pick up at your convenience, or I'm happy to bring it to your consultation. It's a great way to sample a variety of options from the comfort of your own home.
